The project shall construct off road facilities for pedestrians and cyclist along Mars Dr. and the Flat Creek Tributary between Panther Run Rd. and Woodgate Dr. A 12 ft. wide reinforced concrete shared use trail for +/- 5,385 ft. shall be constructed on the east side for the entire limits of work. Additional pedestrian facilities shall be constructed on the west side of Mars Dr. for +/- 1,722 ft. between Old Hewitt Rd. and Hewitt Dr. (FM 1695). Together these improvements shall offer safe alternative mobility options.
