-The Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) are looking for an experienced, strategic and process-minded leader with experience in scaling an organization, leading a team, and developing a culture of care, opportunity, value and empowerment within a mission-driven organization. In this role, the Chief Operations Officer (COO) primarily oversees daily operations, human resources management, and internal/external communications. The COO will lead the performance management process that measures and delivers results to make The Cove’s strategic plan a reality. The COO brings exceptional capacity for managing and leading people, developing and scaling proven systems to execute strategic initiatives, strong planning and organizational capacity and communicating the branded message internally and externally. The COO will be the critical bridge between the business side of operating a successful top tier not-for-profit and the successful execution of the organizational mission.
